We manage portfolios from 3 properties upwards and our job is to ensure that these properties are actively managed, in full compliance with all relevant legislation.


We handle all management tasks ourselves from :


  • Collecting and registering the deposit
  • Collecting the rent
  • Proactively chasing any arrears
  • Mid term property visits with reports
  • Tenancy extension & renewal
  • Handle all tenant calls/correspondence, including those related to maintenance issues
  • Arranging the Gas & Electrical Safety Checks
  • Service of all required notices
  • Final Inspection with written check-out report


We maintain a tried and trusted network of independent contractors to carry out maintenance works across the portfolio under management. It’s vital that we keep your tenants safe and these contractors are all registered their specific skills, e.g. Gas Safe.


Years of experience working with a diverse range of clients and property types throughout the region has helped us understand the best way to maximise rent, reduce the number of void properties and control expenditure. Our performance is second to none with a rent collection rate consistently above 99% and occupancy at over 96%.
